How to Find Us

By Car

If you’re driving to Shenstone Library, then you can just pop our postcode WS14 0NF into your Sat Nav or Google Maps.

If you don’t have Sat Nav, simply head to Shenstone and drive towards the village shops on Main Street.  Once you are on Main street, keep going past the shops, past the Fox & Hounds Pub and Shenstone Library is on your left about 100 yards past the pub.  You’ll need to follow the road round to the left to find our car park.

By Train

If you’re coming by train, Shenstone station is on the Redditch and Longbridge to Lichfield Trent Valley line run by Central Trains.

When you arrive, it’s about 1/2 a mile from the station to our Library.  You’ll need to walk up from the station towards the Shenstone War Memorial and then take a right onto Main Street.  Once you’re on Main Street simply keep walking and we’re at the end of the road on the left.

You can visit the National Rail Website for full timetables.

By Bus

Shenstone is also easily accessible on the Bus.  You can get to Shenstone from Lichfield, Sutton and Walsall easily and usually the best place to get dropped is the Cenotaph bus stop.  The Cenotaph/War Memorial is at the top of Main Street and we’re at the other end so just walk down the road all the way past the shops and the Fox & Hounds and you’ll find us at the end.

By Bike/Walking

If you’re going for the healthy option and walking or cycling to us, the directions once you arrive in the village will be the same as our driving section above.

At present we don’t have a bike rack, but we do have a metal railing to the left of the main entrance where you can lock your bike to for security should you wish.
