Walking Netball is perfect for those who still want to play Netball but may not be at peak fitness for whatever reason. We believe Netball should be for everyone and because of that Lichfield Spires is delighted to announce that we now offer a Walking Netball Session every Thursday evening. It’s ideal for anyone who loves the idea of having a good time and enjoying some fresh air and gradually building up your fitness.

Our Walking Netball sessions are ideal because you can start gently and build up gradually, aiming to do a little more each session if you wish, or just go for a walk around the park! Various charities such as The British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research and many more advocate the benefits of Walking Netball to the continuation of a happy and healthy lifestyle.
